my unofficial pc sessions arent showing up

This has always been due to a hidden update suddenly being required, for me.

Nothing new, especially if a non dedicated session and/or using the in game search system....

no i mean, when i go to look for a session my option isnt there

then you didn't go to your router an unlock ports correctly prob
also need to inside of windows by adding rules in firewall

Same problem for me, I got kicked out in the middle of a tame and now I cannot reconnect :(

ark servers are notorious for not showing up. try and try again and hope you are lucky. in my exp it can take anywhere from finding it on first try to 8 hours of constantly restarting and still not finding it.

In my case, the admin for my server just said it's a server failure, not related to the ASA release

Yes I couldn't reconnect because the session was no longer showing up. I tried using the links from https://arkservers.net, I tried launching the game through the View>Game Servers menu in Steam instead of from my library page, and I tried configuring the launch command line options in the properties and specifying "connect <serveraddress:serverport>", but nothing worked. Then the Server admin was able to take a look and restart the server and everything was back to normal

you need to do manaual port forwarding in your router

default ports are 7777-7778 and 27015, all 3 UDP.
