Alpha Overseer

Hey dear community,

I was thinking about going to defeat overseer. I play solo on my private server and I have already defeated all the three guardians. So I started looking in the wiki for some valuable information about this boss. It says that the alpha variant has a health pool of around 200000. Is that correct? Yet, I know that it will begin to change forms between the three guardians while in battle. Are these forms weaker than their genuine counterparts?

If you can share any tip in how to defeat the overseer I will be much thankful :)

I would never have guessed that English is not your first language. I would watch Phlinger Phoo defeat the overseer in single player on youtube.

Watch Syntac most recent Overseer also. Phlinger plays in singleplayer not a private server, different rules for the Tek cave. As for the cave, you have a time limit to get to the teleporter, after which, no time limit.

I like Syntac's method of using Rex with Tek saddle, you can shoot Purlovia out of the ground plus it does knock back. I have done it a couple of times using Theris and Rexes, my mount being Rex with tek saddle. Extreme heat and cold to deal with, but manageable. Bring good armor, weapons, backups and lots of Ammo for final fight. It is actually easy, just tedious going through the cave. Do not bring all dinos down at once, clear the cave in stages and bring main Army down after you cleared a section. Don't get discouraged if you do not win on the first try. Sometimes you just have bad luck bringing dinos down to the teleporter. A Tek suit is always a good idea.

Oh, ok! Thank you very much for the tips! I'll certainly give a try! But I'm not sure if loads of guns&ammo would be necessary since I play using modified configurations (my strongest bred rex has a health pool of 100k and my rex army has an average health pool of 80000, using ascendant saddles lol I don't like the grind in this game).
