I didn't know Basilosaurs in this was black. >->

It's a mix of orca whale facial markings, blue whale coloring, and sperm whale scars. Get over it Squeaky, Basilosaurus won the fight over Livyatan.

Anyway, we could technically say it is an orca as it is a whale ancestor, except orcas are dolphins.
i dont really care if basilo won or not imean it just looks like a hybrid people made in a lab (what im saying is that it looks only 10% like a whale but 90% like a reptile) anyways i cant wait to kill some 15-20 meter pests
If you'll allow me to be a little anal about it, a pest is something that is harmful but either can't or doesn't often kill people outright. And I don't see the 90% reptile, only its head shape is reminiscent of a crocodilian or mosasaur - and only reminiscent, not a dead ringer. Apart from that, it looks like any other toothed whale :)

It may look way different once added, but looks like an ancient whale to me

well i dont see a blow hole on the whale (so its 90% reptile)

It's a primitive whale, and I think or thought whales and dolphins originated as one species, like how there are apes and monkeys, closely related but not quite the same, so whatever go kill the orca's great, great, great, (ect) grandparent.

An evolution of whales.

oh, and i think Llanocetus was the ancestor of the 2nd dominate animal Orca (Orcas are technically pros at hunting sharks, whales, and seals)
Dynocrys 2016 年 4 月 12 日 上午 1:45
they were even smart enough to lure NARWHALS..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKRnEOUxZm0&nohtml5=False

I see blow holes - they're called nostrils. Which, if you notice, are shared by pretty much all air-breathing vertebrates, whatever shape they come in. So saying it's more like a reptile because they don't take the shape of a blow hole is a bit unfair :P

thats what im saying i know it was mistakened as a mosasaur but it could have been called "Basilocetus"

oh and i just wanted a old classic whale of a tale, not a whale of a time!
Dynocrys 2016 年 4 月 12 日 上午 9:13
SERIOUSLY orcas are the 2nd dominate compared to humans (tho it takes 1 misquito for them to die) if NARWHALS cant take'em down nothing can but humans

Eh, I'll agree, the "saurus" suffix can be misleading if you're not familiar with the animal. I wonder what the procedure is for changing an extinct animal's name... "King Whale" would indeed be more fitting. But whatever. The name doesn't change what it is :)

Within its habitat. I don't think you can just compare animals across the board like that, when any given animal would have a hard time just surviving outside its own environment. How do you even compare it? Drop a bear into the middle of the ocean, the orcas will kill it. Drop an orca into the middle of the arctic, the bears will kill it. You need to consider animals within their respective contexts.

well humans CAN launch a nuclear bomb (most will die one will survive and get mutated)
Dynocrys 2016 年 4 月 12 日 上午 9:29
and yes orcas have 3 weaknesses humans, misquitos, and getting beached

And getting outnumbered, and/or separated from their pods

And I don't see how that's relevant
