Text Size on Signs

I did a search but didn't find anything on this.

Is there a way to increase the font size on signs? Maybe an ini tweak somewhere?

I don't think so. But you can use a program like ArkPnt to prepare a sign image outside the game and then load it into the game, and even include graphics. Or, more simply, you can just use a paintbrush and manually write on the sign (but it's sure hard to make it look good with a mouse that way).

Never heard of ArkPnt. I'll check it out.
