For plant X seeds. There are some plants that look like Plant X and you will find them in the swamps.

flowers is easy just farm the red bushes with a trike ore something like that. most found on mountains.

I do north side of swamp on the east coast. High melee Stego swish pretty well does it.

Rare mushies easy fare on crystals (volcano) with an Ankle or a good pick.

I always have luck getting them from trees in the mangroves. But prolly not at the rate he wants.
