Breeding cooldown

Any way to stop the breeding cooldown instantly? I mean like a command or something. I accidentally ate my Rex egg when I wanted to drop it. I know you can speed up the cooldown, but as far as I know it doesn't affect dinos that are already on cooldown(could be wrong).

Haha, my mate did the same thing. Oh the rage, I had forgotten to set our server interval to half and the Quetzal breeding cooldown was at 1 day and 17 hours. He had just woken up and was ready to start hatching it and he ate it.

You are correct changing the setting doesn't affect dinos already on cooldown. AFAIK there's no command to reset it, but I could be wrong.

can't you cycle time in game? if so wouldn't that help or no?

You can set the cooldown to only few minutes, but this will not affect dinos already on cooldown .. :/

I believe the cheat is to set the time of the day, but I don't think it actually moves the clock forward, it just sets the day to your value.

only if you change the breeding interval in your config file. you can literally set the cooldown to a few minutes or even seconds if you want

Always use the O hotkey to drop the egg instead of the drag down. You'll never have this problem when you drop things with O.

If the Mating Interval is set to 0.0 it takes only few sec?
