S+ multi tool wont pickup structures

My S+ multi-tool does not highlight or allow me to pickup placed structures, however the demolish function on the same weapon does highlight and work.

Because structure pickup is a vanilla game function that you need to turn on in your configd

It has been a long time since I've done this, but I think this is what you need.

1. Go to . ini file here, Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

2. Scroll to [ServerSettings] and add the following lines:
AlwaysAllowStructurePickup=True
AllowIntegratedSPlusStructures=True

Save before you exit, and that should be it.

Ohh almost forgot the .ini file is called GameUserSettings.ini :)

I put hose 2 lines in the gameusersettings thing but now my game has crashed.

Under the game user settings, did you place it under [Server Settings]?

Ahhh, I see the issue. You are in the incorrect .ini file......
You went to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Config.
You need to continue on to SAVED>CONFIG>WINDOWSNOEDITOR. Here is the string again :)......ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\SAVED\Config\WindowsNoEdiitor....... GameUserSettings.ini

Scroll down to [ServerSettings] and place these 2 lines:

AllowIntegratedSPlusStructures=True

Open the game properties in steam. Local files. There's a button in the ark steam properties that will directly open it's install directory.
