Is there any known cheat/command or even mod to bypass "This Structure is too far away from the Platform!"??

I'm building a large base on my platform and found out the hard way I can't build off of the platform. Is there a solution to this?

One of these two mods, variants of the same concept, will allow what you want. The sizing and snap points are different than standard, as they are for instance with the Castles and Keeps mods; notably, the snap to each other horizontally, which combined with some technique to ignore structural integrity is what allows building in mid-air (or anywhere else).

I've been using the first one for about 2 years. I especially like using them to build out beyond/above/below dino platforms (with some creativity).

There are also foundations in vanilla and I think also Structure Plus that specifically float only on water, but I'm not sure those would work for your goal and I've never worked with them; the challenge would be snapping those to normal foundations hanging down from the edges of the ocean platform. If you could manage that, I'd assume that they also snap to each other horizontally like the ones from the Floating Foundations mods.
