I can't see clustered servers from Extinction specifically

So my issue is I just recently started playing a PVE Clustered server on Ragnarok, and after transferring to Extinction to try tame some stuff, I can't transfer back to Ragnarok. The server just does not appear on the obelisk. I can only see Crystal Isles, Abberation, and The Center. I have tried leaving the server and directly connecting to Ragnarok and I can do that which means the server is NOT down. The thing is I don't want to lose my character but at the same time I can't transfer it from Extinction to Ragnarok because it doesn't exist there.
Has anyone had this issue?

I've been having the same issue with my cluster for some time. No idea what causes it, and it should fix itself on the next server restart, but it's annoying to have to work around in the meantime.
You can choose any other clustered server, travel there, do not spawn in, exit out to the server list, load into the affected server from there, then choose to download your survivor. From there you should be able to continue as usual.

Ty, already had someone help me with this but this is indeed the solution. I’ll leave the thread open in case other people have the same problem.
