Gem, Element Ore and shard dont respawn on Fjordur

Hello,
i have the problem, that the resources Gems, Element Ore and Shards dont respawn. Harvested the resources in Aberration Cave, Genesis Watercave, at entry from Magmar Cave and the Shard on the Lava River several hours ago. Nothing of them do respawn. in Aberration Cave other resources (crystal, stone) dont respawn too. Separate stones, crystals respawn but the most not. Tried it with stones in front of the cave and metal at my base. Both was respawn, but in Cave just isolated stones and the crystals at the first charger. gems not a single one. Same in the element ore cave, just seperate stones but no ore.
my respawn settings are the lowest. Both respawn multiplyer and respawn area (player, structures and base) are at 0.01.

Anybody knows what i can do to spawn the resources again?
