Lost Island Resources? (Sap for Superior Kibble)

I can't figure out where to get Sap (from redwoods) on the Lost Island map.

As far as I can tell from my wiki searches, you can't get sap on Lost Island. Does that also mean there is no way to make Superior Kibble in Lost Island?

Make a tap and put it on a Redwood tree.

As far as I know there are no Redwoods on Lost Island... this is the problem.

you can get sup from certain desert treed and from redwoods in the middle of the map (the one with the tiny island/imperial city copy)

Another tip, Moshops give eggs to cook superior kibble...
