This should answer all your questions for the OSD:
https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/Orbital_Supply_Drop_(Extinction)
This should answer your questions for the MEK:
https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/Mek
As for subjective questions regarding "worth" or "best" that's something you'll have to decide per your game play style/choices etc.
Thanks for replying, however (aside from linking the old wiki, https://ark.wiki.gg/wiki/Orbital_Supply_Drop and
https://ark.wiki.gg/wiki/Mek respectively)
As I did mention in the original post I have already checked the wiki, but all the information I'm seeking cannot be found in there, hence why I made this thread.
- Does the difficulty increases in accordance with the number of waves cleared?
Yes as answered on the wiki
- Is there a known number of waves that is needed clear in order to reach the 149 slots cap of loot yield?
Yes as answered on the wiki
- Will damage sustained by the OSD lower the number and worsen the quality of the items?
No as answered on the wiki.
- Are OSD on extinction the best way to farm TEK blueprints, or TEK specific blueprints, such as mek or TEK armor, or is GEN 2 considered the best place to farm them?
That is a subjective question that depends on the player and playstyle(as I mentioned in the first post).
- The wiki states that you can only get better enforcers BP when killing wild ones of high levels, (I've got some) and that when an enforcer dies, it will drop its BP in order to be able to be crafted again, does the same holds true for BP crafted mek as well?
No as they're not attained in the same way.
- Are high quality mek BP worth it? Are they able to sustain damage and deal a lot more, or are breed dinos still the best source of damage?
Subjective question that depends on how you're playing, what you're fighting, how you've got the mek equipped etc etc.

Would you mind telling me exactly where? I can only read about the 149 cap, but I cannot find how many waves are needed in order to reach 149 cap, the wiki only says that you can get past wave 7, but you will eventually reach the cap. I did 9 waves but didn't reach the cap yet.
Where does it says that? I cannot find this information.
EDIT: Finally found the answer to my first question, it was hidden under the creatures list on lengendary (purple) "Note: Drop health starts at 100,000 HP. Be well aware that the further the wave progress, the more powerful the Corrupted Creatures become, and the more likely Rare or Very Rare Corrupted Creatures will appear as well".
I'm still looking for the other two though, for the life of me I can't find anything about those.
