For just the sake of clarity, go to the steam help menu, click system information and copy paste all that here so we can see exactly what steam detects for your comp and whether it would be suitable for your wants.

comparing vega 8 with Radeon HD 7870 (min Ark requirement) on GPU Benchmark [gpu.userbenchmark.com] suggests that your graphics card is underpowered. I use Ryzen 7 3800X and RADEON RX 580. The game runs great!

Mobile ark is not the same as PC ark. You're being silly.

Always the manufacturers website...

Side note... You have onboard graphics which is not built for gaming.
It's essentially an office machine.

Dont listen to the guy saying to update your GPU, never update unless you have a problem, newer updates are designed most for new GPUs and new games, if you dont have a problem dont manually update or you can get one, just leave on auto update

mods dont usually makes this game harder to run, it really only affects the time to load into a map, if you are using a HDD can take a long time to load, on a SSD the time dont change much

Even with the best hardware in the market this game will never run 100%, you get some hiccups here and there, your pc can run the game with mods just fine, any problem that appears is prob just the game, most people that want max fps just tweak a few setting in game for better fps, just try for yourself untill you are fine

please explain why someone would update a gpu with graphics that dont change anything from their GPU? you only increases the chance of finding a bug, if you think different you prob new in pc or life, go to any pc hardware focused forum and ask the same question

you cant always rollback you know, and like i said, why try your luck updating to a driver that dont change anything in your GPU lol, just to have a bigger number in the driver version? lol
