Bought Ark but i cant play DLCS (except Genesis)

I´ve recently bought Ark with the base game and the Genesis pack. Strangely, I couldn´t buy either Scorched Earth, Aberration, or Extinction. I finished downloading the game supposing that the DLCS were in the base game, but every time I try to play any of the 3 DLCs maps it just won't start, and neither it will guide me to buy it.

There is no way to download them or neither buy a season pass to unlock them. When I go to the page of these DLCs it says: "This content requires the base game ARK: Survival Evolved on Steam to play." I have the base game but it won't let me download it or neither buy them individually or through a season pass.

When I go to the Ark page, I look at the "articles" section and these 3 maps say "N/A" in the price section, referring that they don't have any price.

I just can play Genesis and the free maps. When I check my local files, I can actually find S.E, Aberration, and Extinction files downloaded. My game weighs 187GB. I hope that information is useful.

What is the problem?

Edit 1: More details - Im from Argentina. I bought the game in another account because i use this for other things. The account where i bought Ark is called "TheGusth115"

Either you don't have them, or they are not installed. A full install should be over 430GB- that's ALL the maps downloaded and installed (The Island, S.E., Aberration, Extinction, Gen 1, Gen 2, and all the free maps.
Where did you buy the game from ? No little icon by your name shows that you do not own the game on steam!. I believe that you can only buy the expansions via the ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition! If you only have the Base Game, then you will not have the other maps (I appreciate that you have the Genesis Pass, but this does not include the original DLC maps)

According to Steam, you do not own the game. If you're playing from a different platform, we cant exactly advise you on what to do.

If you buy the current Ark bundle on steam that's that the way to do it. Any dlc someone purchases if they already own the game are prorated.

I have another Steam account but i just use this as my main for community and searching games. I bought the game from steam.
Also, i search for Ultimate Survivor Edition and it dont appears in my Steam (im from Argentina).

If you want more maps but you don't wanna pay for the Season Pass now, there are some currently 6 free DLC maps (beware they aren't part of the storyline): The Center, Ragnarok, Valguero, Crystal Isles, Lost Island and Fjordur were all originally community created map that have been ported (and finished) into official DLCs. All those maps are pretty popular, supported by the developer and also available as official clusters maps.

If you are concerned about installation size, google or search here in the forums about compact gui.

Yes, you are right, there is a problem with the region i use steam somehow. That would be the only that explains why i cant buy or download the 3 main DLCS.

Thanks for your help. It upsets me a little bit, but i did not spent a lot of money in the game. At least i have genesis.

Im from argentina too,cant see the bundle edition,we have a little problem because here the games are cheap and have vpns problem,now are some restriction(without taxes ark,just island,cost 0.30 dollars)

Estoy al tanto sobre ese problema. Le hablé a una persona que compró el juego por 20 euros que acá estaba menos de 1 dolar. Acá los juegos estan baratisimos. Normal que usen VPNs, tiene mucho sentido. Gracias por la información, me ayudó para entender bien el tema. Triste que pasen estas cosas, jajaja.

You could try buying it from Epic but just remember that you cant play with mods if you are on the epic platform.

Alternatively change your steam region to buy the Ultimate Survivor Bundle.
