You're not making a lot of sense...

Whatever you configure in your port forwarding rules IS the external port it's listening on. So saying it's a random number is a bit confusing since you should have full control over that.

That you mention wifi though... Wifi is a local LAN technology for local devices. But it sounds like you're referring to mobile internet instead. Something like 5G?

Such double NAT networks you will not be able to successfully port forward as you only have control of your own router... Not the next one down the line on the mobile network. As such the port never actually reaches your own router.

Your post is just one big long sentence, which is difficult to parse (Edited Note: https://www.thoughtco.com/parsing-grammar-term-1691583 ).

The only thing I could parse is "but when my friend try to join the server it seems to be offline". I assume that means that you can connect, but your friend can't. How is your friend trying to connect to your server? Are they using the Ark client, Steam, or Battlemetrics?

If the Ark client, they won't be able to see it unless they have marked it as favorite, which is pretty much a Catch 22 if they can't see it. The Ark client no longer has the capacity to show all Ark servers that are playable.

Steam requires that they precisely type in the IP and correct port, with a specific syntax.

I use Battlemetrics when those fail https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/ark which is a lot more reliable about being able to list all Ark servers and doesn't require a specific syntax to find. It just requires the name of the server.

It's a great trouble shooting device for all dedicated server operators to be able to confirm that the server is visible or not to the Internet. If you can see your server there, it usually means that it is visible. If it's name is listed in blue it is available and your friend can use Battlemetrics to connect to it, then they might be able to see it in the Ark client and be able to mark it as a Favorite.

If you can't see your server there at all or it's listed in red, there is some problem on your end.
