The crazy thing about all of this is that HOD has 250k subscribers. That's a lot of idiots if the rest of his content is as ridiculous as the video you reference.

That is fair. However the issue will just grow to where it affects the entirety of the game not just official. it already bleeds into unofficial
this was the same guy who had Wildcard put a death barrier because of meshing and put more action (Though not significant) towards stopping meshing his video called mesh monkeys caused a bunch of backlash for ark and even made it onto their website where they had to announce and apologize to HOD. Do you really not know what i'm on about in this regard?
It's more deeper than that but if this is all you see I can explain further
If anything you should be supporting Wildcard and hoping they can separate from Snail Games at somepoint.
I'm also seeing why Wildcard so heavily supports Unofficial servers. Cause on those Servers the cheating thats Official is going through won't effect those on Unofficial. And it shows with the biggest suggestion of this game. 'NEVER PLAY OFFICIAL'

haven't thought much on the regard that wildcard is fighting snail games on this. Though thier own publisher fighting against dev's on this front should be an even bigger concern sure there are the NFT's being prevented which is a good thing keep that stuff out.
I mentioned a plausible developer and publisher split which I do hope happens because Snail games is only going to cause problems as they always have been, and the last thing is for ARK 2 to be infested with Snails nonsense though how I also said is highly unlikely since this is Snails only and quite possibly last profitable game they have ever touched.
I care for ARK i really do just how much longer will this go on for as well as how Snail games literally take part into servers someone above joked about how could this be even possible when Snail games are spending those 12-14 hours on a multi million dollar game trying to crash it further into the ground.

No, you do not have irrefutable proof, because there is no chain of evidence that actually proves the claims that that youtuber has made. In fact there are inaccuracies that I'll address just a bit below.
Folks like yourself are just simply accepting their absurd claims without being more skeptical of the "evidence" they're attempting to claim as being "evidence".
As I did in the other thread about this silliness, HOD doesnt even accurately portray the timeline of events regarding WC in the past either, to build the false narrative he is trying to / has created. The fact that he would do this in that video, should help raise more skepticism towards what he's doing. Snail Games USA bought Ark for example -before- Trendy filed their civil suit with Steiglitz.
Snail's Acquisition: SDE, Inc, an affiliate of Snail Games USA, which is a subsidiary of Snail Games, bought out Studio Wildcard; the merger was filed for on December 4th, 2015
Lawsuit: Initial one December 18, 2015 followed by another companion one on Feb 11, 2016 by Trendy's Venture Management firm.

Also, Trendy(and they're antics are a whole other mess btw) didn't "win" their case as HOD glossed over in their vid. Both parties settled through mediation.
Anyone can google this information with just a very small amount of effort.
So again, the fact that HOD, who should know all that based on how he seemingly "sleuth'd" (not really...) for most everything else he's claimed on that video, BUT YET presented that information differently, and I'll just go ahead and speculate intentionally for his false narrative wants, should be, again, a pretty good indication that much else he claims should be met with more skepticism and scrutiny.
As well, also, HOD didn't come up with this narrative himself. There's been reddit nuttery about this for over a year now, and mostly all stemming from, yep, yet another nutter youtuber with just 16 vids and 34 followers claiming their "evidence" with nothing to support it.
But as I also said in the other thread on this, there is of course a segment of this game that is more susceptible, quite frankly due to their own personal challenges, on throwing logic and common sense to the wind to follow the most inane narratives.
Second, the vast majority of us found good cause not to play on official servers years ago. There are currently 1837 official servers compared to 87181 unofficial servers at this time, using https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/ark
Third, an unofficial server operator can do all of the things the OP complained of, at the risk of losing their players who don't like it. So that leaves the rest of of us scratching our heads and wondering why official players whine about them instead of leaving? On a forum where the forum operators have no control over official servers?
However, I do have to say that I haven't liked the direction Ark has taken since Genesis I was first released and every map since then. For example, I didn't choose to play Ark because I like to play Dodo Basketball or race track games.
The trailers released so far for Ark 2 did not impress me. So I don't plan to buy it until I find out more about it. But playing Ark as it was before Genesis 1 is still a lot of fun, which is good enough for me.
You're completely ignoring that this "Mediation" you are on about led to a 26 million dollar thats million by the way loss to Jeremy. Studio wildcard did not win it and lost even more in damages. I also like how you have to add your antics in the end by politely calling the user base a portion of them ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
