why i can't buy aberration DLC

Hello, even though I bought the game. When buying DLC, it says that you cannot buy DLC before buying the game. Does anyone know the reason?

You no longer can buy DLC separate from others. So if you want Aberration, you have to buy the DLC pack that includes Scorched Earth and Extinction.

Kinda sucks, but it's cheaper than Aberration's release price at the very least.
