Same solution for you ...
Start Steam with Administrator rights .....
Right click on the steam icon and then start as adiministrator
If this will not help,restart Computer, Start Steam as Admin, Uninstall Battleye , Install Battleye again .. now everything should works fine
It probably came bundled with some other program's installation.

The most times you can solve Battleye problems just by running Steam in Administrator mode...
but same problem occurs
this should solve it.
If not put your antivir off for 10 min and check if the game will run then....if so then you need to put a exception to your antivir for battleye and maybe the game
