The Tek Armor has properties beyond simply extra armor protection. It alters how much and how long you’re affected by debuffs, reduces fall damage, and other special properties! These capabilities do, however, require periodic recharging... ;)
Survivor, Dinopants asks, "I noticed that although the sloped roof is able to be placed both upward and downward, the sloped walls cannot be flipped to match any roof pointing downwards. Will the sloped walls eventually be given the ability to flip directions like the sloped roof?"

What's worse is they take so long to fix mistakes. The way they IP ban users without being able to even read posts is wrong, even if the banned guy was a trouble maker. I only posted bug reports so this whole thing is completely unfair and outrageous and they refuse to respond to my emails. They make a great game but where's the customer service?

Umm... Thats great but I STILL CANNOT LOGIN!!! As soon as I try to login or submit a ticket, it goes to the "Something went wrong, you are banned from this site...." Come on guys...
I tried to send an email back, but guess what... They tell me to send a ticket through support, something which I absolutely still have no access to. This is beyond ridiculous. Wtf do i do?
Can they not just lift my ban? There have been absolutely no changes to the way the site runs for me. At the very least they should provide me with a point of contact non-site related as I cannot submit support tickets....

I just tested the account and password on support.suvivethark.com and I was able to log in and access the "Submit a request" button.
Go to support.survivetheark.com, click "sign in" in the upper right. Then click "Submit a request" also in the top right.
Hi Nubsly, I just tried it. I know exactly what you mean. I click on the Orange Tab that says "Submit a Request [Sign in]" and then instantly it goes to the "Sorry, there is a problem
You are banned from this site."
I know this sounds odd, but perhaps simulate an IP Ban on yourself to test? Thats the only thing I can think of for testing purposes.
From there, I can click on "Contact Us" and I get several fields to input information here. This is the page I'm talking about https://survivetheark.com/index.php?/contact/
This is the only page that I have access to. From this page, I have sent numerous emails over the past month or so and havn't recieved a reply. I believe you said this page wasn't active anymore in a previous post on this thread and that I should attempt to submit a ticket?
Submitting a ticket is absolutely not possible. I don't even get a chance to login before the banned page shows up.

Ok... Well there's a serious problem here then.
Are you able to tell me when the ban was lifted or why it was even put into place? If you can email me, that'd be great if you can't discuss this here.
Anyway, I've cleared both Chrome and IE caches and nothing has changed. The problem is not with a browser, it is much much bigger than that.
I can't access the page from my phone, my brothers computer, my work computer, even my Girl Friends Computer who lives an hour a way from me. It doesn't matter if I use internet explorer, google chrome, firefox, anything etc. It's like the IP ban follows me around whenever I login to Steam on any device and is applied to that workplace. I don't know what you guys have done or why you chose such an agressive way to put bans in place... Isn't a bit too much?
I've come to the conclusion that...
The page just doesn't like me... and the engineers can't help. They say I'm not I.P. Banned when clearly I become banned no matter what device (PC/Laptop/Mobile Ph) or where I try to access the page from (home/work/etc).
It doesn't seem like this is going to get resolved. :(

I only have access to Survive the ARK on my phone which was not available to me before. I will not log in for fear of becoming banned on my phone.
Trying to access Survive the ARK on any browser on any computer in my home results in the Ban Page showing up.
Atleast I have access to it on my phone now, so thats something I guess.
Hmm. That's odd. Are you using your phone 4G LTE to access that website or are you connected to your Wi-Fi from your own networking connection?
Try doing the following
(It's to reset your DNS and to make sure that all of the activities gets release from your router)
Restart your router(Your internet box)
Hold down the Windows key and press R. (This will open the Run dialogue.)
Type cmd and press Enter. (This will open a command prompt.)
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Reboot the computer.
Disable your Anti-Virus and Firewall.
Try to using Google's DNS https://developers.google.com/speed/...cs/using?hl=en - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DBRynpVT84
Don't forget to flush your DNS after changing to Google's DNS.
Keep in mind that it might be your ISP is blocking the connection, you can search for free VPN and then try it again- There are many of free VPNs out there.
