how to move plant x species after planting?
like title says, how do i put em up on walls?

You kill them and plant a new one in the new location.

Or even better, you leave it there and plant a new one in the new location.

Put crop plots on the walls then plant them. You can't move them once planted.

no, only on horizontal surfaces. Sorry, assumed that level of explanation wasn't needed.

If you need a mobile X Plant you need put it in some platform saddle.
