NightTimeSpeedScale=10.000000
DayTimeSpeedScale=0.100000
that will make day 10 times longer and night 1/10th the time
not sure if you can completely turn it off, I havent tried that.
normal day/night cycle is 2 hours, so this would give you 1 hour 48 min daytime and 12 min nighttime afaik. ;)
I guess although we have 2 hands and we swing our axe with only one, it is still not possible to hold a torch in the one hand while holding the axe in the other.
@OP:
You should try the Center Map and then you'll want to have 24/7 night time. That map has an amazing night sky with loads of small glow worms flying around at night
well.... if u can't hold a torch while swinging your axe, throw the torch on the ground maybe? ;) or endure a few seconds of darkness lol.... I like the darkness in the game, unless I need to hunt lol
I play with permenant daytime as well. And just use the command "settimeofday 12:00" without quotations if it's night time so you can just rush to day time.
