Cant Craft Narcotics

For Some reason in my motar and pestle and chemistry bench I am unable to craft narcotics. I have already verified my game save (since I Play SinglePlayer) and am still unable to craft narcotics.
Any help will be appreicated, Thanks.

Yes I use S+ and a bigger stacks mod

Ive tried it with a normal motar and pestle and it works fine

But with any chemistry bench it doesnt appear and I cant craft it

is the chemestry bench charged? you need generator energy and gas inside it

Yes I Have and yes it is powered and fueled

But it just seems that I cant craft GunPowder Or Narcotics which is like the only reason I made it

It is an S+ bench but also Vanilla doesnt work

that was my next question but wouldn't unlocking the narc engram make them craftable across the board? OP said the reg mortar and pestle works to craft.

Thanks for all the help but I eventually relealized that it was one of the mods not causing it to work correctly everything is working now

I have a hard time to understand what is that mysterious mod that lets you down twice.
