Value is a Float & Default is 1
Lower values makes resources respawn faster while high values slow respawn of resources.

For never respawn go for: 9999.0
'usually' it seems that if you have a 0 in multipliers, it defaults to the original game setting of 1x I believe.
but you have to be out of view of the area far enough away
