The op wants to just point at a dino and tell others to follow it, which is not possible.
I'm sorry, but no. I disagree. The question was specifically asked about getting dinos to follow another dino without riding on it. He went on to specifically state he wanted to get Dilo's to follow another Dilo, which cannot be mounted. And he also specifically asked if there was a whistle command to "follow that dino"..
"Like, I have two Dilophosaurs who I want one to follow the other, but I reckon this is impossible?" his question and example specify exactly what you seem to be avoiding.
