My preserving bins don't seem to be working. (Solved)

I'm playing singleplayer with s+ and some other mods and as the title states they don't seem to be working. They were before the last 2 updates. Yes I'm using sparkpowder and oil and cooked meat and cooked prime meat. Anyone else?

This might be the problem: When the update that reset our engrams happened, did you go back and learn the engram for preserving bins? That happened to me. If you don't relearn them, you can use them.

Pick them up and put them back down again. I'd change to SS instead of S+ too, as S+ is no longer supported.

I figured it out. My base is built over water and the game is tell the bins that they are underwater. I moved them over land and problem solved.
