What exactly means TheMaxStructuresInRange

Hello, i have my own server for Ark Primitive for PS4. I want to change the INI file for one specific reason:

I want to change the range where palyer can build a base next to a non Tribe palyers base. In the original game zou can not build close to a enemy base with the message> Too close to enemy base, you cannot build here.

But now i would like to change this to a very close radius , let say 2 or 3 foundation, so you are able to build very close to an other player.

Now i found the command ----> TheMaxStructuresInRange , but in the internet, there are different and confusing explanation about this command.

At the beginning it says: enforces a minimum distance between player structures built by different players and tribes --- this is what i want, but at the same page a bit more below it says also something else:

?TheMaxStructuresInRange=10500 --------> new value for maximum allowed structures on a server. replaced NewMaxStructuresInRange
Introduced in patch 252.1

So my question is, what is the correct description for TheMaxStructuresInRange?
Which command do i have to use, to be able to change the allowed radius to build next to a non tribe / enemy base?

as far as i know there is no way to change the stranger build range

the correct one is the second one, its the amount of structures in a vicinity.
best thing you probably can do is Ally the tribe
