How does the s+ mutator even work??

What i plan to do is to have a 0/0 pair and breed it with mutation, and the mutated gender will be bred to the 0/0 to move all the mutes on 1 side.
I have just unlocked the mutators and is starting with 0/0 males and 1 point in hp females(about 8 of them now). so now my hp is 49 wild points
But i have some questions with the mutator itself. i have made 9 mutators, so what id expect is the dino to have 9 mutations or at least 9 extra points, i pulsed all 9 of them and had a egg, hatched it and the dino went from 309(parent level with the 1 mutated stat on hp) to 311. i checked the stats and there was only 2 extra points in food, and the mutated 49 points in hp in one of the parents went back to 47.
So does the 9 mutators not stack? or did i do something wrong? i want to breed super dinos as the bosses on my server is extremely overpowered, they do about 10-20k per hit and my max level imprinted tames with no mutations cant even defeat beta.

Dunno if this makes a difference but once the pulse is activated i see a radiation symbol on dinos that says 2/2 or something

There's a server setting that needs changed to stack more than 2. 2 is the default setting.
Mine is set to 10 so I get 20 points added per mutation. It shows 10/10 when I pulse.

im not the admin so i gues its stuck on 2, so i can only get 4 points per generation.
