What's the difference between the two?

Paintbrush can be used on dinosaurs, players, and structures. On dinos and players it allows you to freestyle war paint. On stuctures you can paint whole sections, one section at a time.

Spraygun can only be used on structures and can paint multipe sections with just one click making building painting very quick and easy.

I think there is a paint all button and as for awesome paintjobs, it takes a long time and an artistic talent.
