Industrial Forge unusable

Today I installed an industrial forge on a metal pillar and it looks great. However when trying to access it's inventory, I cannot. F doesn't work. When holding down E, I only get the options to Lock, Set Pin Code & Demolish. :-( I have logged out, shut the game down and come back in with no love. I am on official PVE 334.

I am admin in the tribe and placed the indy forge myself if that makes any difference.

Any hints or help that can get my forge working for me?

wait, maybe im missing something, but u placed it on a metal pillar? any reason for that? and maybe that could be causing some kind of issue? i have mine on the floor and never had any issues, if your able to see the other options i cant imagine why you cant use E or F, my only thought is the metal pillar causing some kind of issue

Placing on a metal pillar will not block resource nodes. I have seen it done before and used one placed like that. It is strange indeed.

huh, must be a glitch of some sort, its possible u may have to make a new one and replace the current one which would really suck

How far away are you? Did you try standing on it?

Try enter inventory of forge from above... stand on it and try. If it wont solve problem... You need to make new one...

Yeah some times if you face items in the wrong way it's come up with those options. I've a chest with a foundation up against it, if I cli k from that side I onlyg et the pin options your getting. If I go the other side it's fine. You'll need to build somethingn ext to it and try accessing from side/top or rebuild it.

This forge is out in the open with nothing around it. I tried accessing it from all sides and top...no luck :-( Any way to report a bug directly to wildcard? While not a huge deal, it would be a good fix in the long run.

So found one more piece of info. If I set a pin, non-tribe members can start to access inventory, but it gets hung on receiving remote inventory screen and nothing ever shows.
