Why is my food bar dropping so fast?
I have to eat 5 steaks every 15 minutes

Offical server? privat what your doing? ar you wounded? ect etc a bit more information could get you better answers.

full hp, solo, no cheats, normal settings, etc etc etc

changed ini files for food/water drain? or put points into food so you have to eat more to fill it up.

i loose one food point every 4 seconds

If you are cold, you will consume food faster.

He/she said warm area, but yeah, cold is usually the culprit there. Heavy exertion or taking damage can do it too.
