Put it in a dinosaur's inventory, or a preserving bin, or a fridge. I don't think there's any other way. (I suppose you could use a cheat to just keep respawning it every few minutes though.)

just add a stack mod, make it stack in 100 instead of 1.

They ought to add some type of preservative you could craft at the mortar and pestal, or refining forge.
Like; add sea water to forge to get salt. Add salt to meat and multiply spoilage timer by ten.

i was thinking about increasing timer on 30 mins or something like that..

You can increase spoil timers on single player by manually using the right config line in your gamesettings.ini file (same config for the server game) but it will increase spoil timers across the board, not just for Prime meat. So, if you are trying to make rotten meat by letting meat spoil, it will take a lot longer. Just search for Ark Spoil timer on the net and you will find a page with the right command.

Gami.ini
[/script/shootergame.shootergamemode]
GlobalSpoilingTimeMultiplier=2

or whatever you want as a multiplier. since you play singleplayer you need to change the config file in the path
