Is there a way to get the old main menu music back?

I'm getting very sick of hearing the new extinction main menu music. Is it possible to change back to the old original music?

You can change back to old Scorched Earth or Aberration music but with a caveat, it requires you to load that DLC's map then exit to main menu. If you then load any other map (ragnarok, The Center, any mod map) it will change back to the Extinction theme next time you're at the main menu.

I ended up just replacing the music files with my own custum music

i prefer the aberration theme, not this Extinction theme. the other ones sound way better

Go to Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Ogg and then delete ExtinctionMainTitle, then copy MainTitle.ogg, paste it and rename it to ExtinctionMaintitle, this should permantely then make it to where you hear the original main title theme song, unless the game is deleted then redownloaded/and or is replaced by genesis main title music -for whatever that would be
