Has anyone else had this problem on The Center?
So I keep seeming to run into this problem... theres some sort of invisible walls that trap me on “The Center” map. First time it happened was the under water part of the cave in the south eastern cave.

Now its happening above ground, and my Ankylo has gotten stuck. I was out mining and got turned around. Ended up on the river between the southern jungle and the middle jungle, exact coordinates are in the snapshot..

And in this picture theres a random wild turtle that appears to be walking in mid air... I'm sitting on the ankylo in this picture

Yes this is on a private unofficial server, but I'm wondering if this glitch or bug has affected anyone else's server. Or has anyone run into it on an official server?

There seems to be a very thin spot between the invisible walls I can walk through, but it seems to be too small for my ankylo to fit through. The bear thats following my ankylo appears to be just beyond the invisible walls...

I have see this caused by Z axis issues.
That location where your getting stuck, use the ghost command and go directly down and see if there is an underground cave with a 'stuck' dino which is causing you and your dinos directly above it to get stuck.

Sometimes the game does not correctly use the Z axis which detecting dinos\rafts\buildings and that they can pass each other.

So in summary, two dinos/rafts in the same X/Y location but different Z locations can block each other if one of those dinos/rafts is partly in a wall/invalid location. The dino/raft in the invalid location causes the WHOLE Z axis to be classed as a wall

Okay I tried this, tried to use the cheat ghost command to go below my Ankylo and the area this seems to be happening in, I didn't find anything down there. No cave or anything directly below in that area. Though I do know it is fairly close to the under water entrance to the south eastern cave where I first experinced this.

So next I tried a 'destroywilddinos' command. Which can cause a major hiccup in the server with the destruction and respawning of all the dinos, but once I got past that... No change. Was still stuck there.

I think we can rule out a wild dino in an invalid position.... for now I'll just have to use the admin commands to free my ankylo, but this I think needs to be looked at by the devs if it occurs on more then just my server.

Anyone else having it happen?

Try picking it up with a quetzal. I play on center map all the time and never have that problem.

I couldn't get close with a quetz. The invisible walls had a ceiling to them. One that turtle in the second screenshot was walking on somehow.

But if its just my server then okay. I'll have to try to figure out what was going on. Cause this is just annoying as all hell...
