No its def not anything like that its right in a corner where dinos dont ever go.
How tho as far as we know no one can interact with someone stuff on pve.
Some people will do that turn on and off until all the fuel is gone. For no reason than you waste your mats. As a way to troll you. As a way to annoy you in the hopes of getting you so tired of it you never log back on.
Everything of mine is locked therefore they cant touch it or remove the mats etc. I know about campfires still being able to be switched on to burn the sparkpowders etc but they cannot switch off a locked generator etc.
Its locked they cant turn it on/off. This only works for wasting campfire mats etc
I use the locked function pins are a bad idea as ppl can eventually guess into it over time where as something being locked is simply never accessable.
Not true. When a structure such as the generator or fabricator has fuel in it and is locked, it only prevents access to the items inside of it. You can spam E on the structure over and over again constantly turning it off and on to drain all of the gasoline.
The only way to prevent this is to build walls around the structure so people can't access it.
Yes you can. Just because you can't get into it does not mean you can't turn it on and off.
