A console command to kill yourself?

I'm stuck inbetween rocks trying to find my lost pteranodon, and I got stuck. I don't want to wait, so can someone give me a command to muder myself, it's it's possible?

go adminmanager and scroll down kill player ID click your name execute and voila

Where is this? I'm sorta on... singleplayer.

Hit tab (opens debug console)
type "admincheat Suicide" (you may not have to type the word admincheat)
but I would recommand that you do the following instead
type "admincheat ghost"
which allows you to walk through stuff and get out
then type "admincheat walk"
to go back to normal

admincheat fly will allow you to 'walk up' to him

cheat hurtme 9000 (or whatever number is more than your health)

in single player just use cheat fly to get out of it, then cheat walk to stop flying, i mena its not like you get an unfair advantage over others in your lobby doing this on single player

what if you are on a server, get stuck in your foundations, and the admin is not on how do we kill ourselves then when we cant cheat?
