Titan Bug Kills 100% Imprinted Giga

I've killed over 20 Titans on my Giga "Thanatos" that I 100% imprinted about 3 weeks ago, but tonight it all went bad. After engaging this particular Titan I noticed that while trying to attack me, it got far too close and caused my Giga to do a falling animation and then I started rubberbanding him back and forth. I was hoping to attack it enough for it to run away so I can get unstuck, but instead the game instantly killed my giga from around 95% health after about 15 seconds of this.

I've enjoyed ARK for nearly a year and have put over 3,000 hours into it, but I doubt I will recover from this one. I went for the prestigious 100% imprint giga knowing that it could get killed in a war or drowned if not carefully monitored, but to be killed in this way... I don't see any point in investing any more time into a game that may take it all away in an instant of bad coding. I've submitted a ticket, and hopefully they can bring him back, but it doesn't look good for me boys.

ps Somehow the tribelog says that I killed him, and I think it was because when I got dismounted from him dieing, my sniper rifle started shooting because I was mashing my left click already to bite the titan.

We have no means to hold our progress by several reasons.
.Dinosaur vanish some times
.Dinosaur fall inside the ground
.Giganoto spawning inside people base.
.Titano spawning inside people base.
.Lack of defensive stuff in PVP.
.Crash in middle of battle against Alpha Rex.

They won't replace him anyways. However a video would help in figuring out how the bug happens.



@the OP:
It's early access and stuff can go wrong at any given point. I had allosaurs spawn inside the enclosed part of my base twice the other day. They kill my good dinos the first time, and the second time they wrecked my storage and i lost a lot of good items / resources. It sucks, but it is what it is. You have to understand that the game literally is not in release mode yet .. we are all testers testing for the final product.

Ps.. how did u 100% imprint a giga in the first place?

Money makes no difference in the development process. Bugs generally aren't worth fixing at this time unless they literaly make the game unplayable, or if the devs stumble across something and realize it's an easy fix.

I have lost some dinos for a giga that spawned inside my base, killed my 3 perfect tamed rexes and others dinos, and the worst is that he killed lots of dinos that where inside metal buildings.

And 2 days ago, a fckg bat spawn inside my smal metal house, killed my dodos and destroyed 5-6 storages boxes full of resources, BP and weapons.....

On the bright side, I had the forethought to breed thanatos with every female giga we owned, so I hatched an egg. Out of it popped both of these beauties, male and female - Thanatos Jr. and Nox.

Still, I really hope they get the collision bug fixed with titans, because I really enjoyed being able to kill them when they are too close to a base and threaten to stomp it in.

They wont bring it back , i once had a bronto drown in water that was as deep as a raptor ....Provided screenshots and such but yet they said no . Reported several issues in a area where you fall through the map and got the most insulting response --" We are customer service we cant do anything about it but i suggest putting it into the suggestion forum on the website" ya a suggestion .....

Babies are both 100% and full grown.  I've decided to continue to kill Titans on them and try to make sure that I don't let the titan get too close and have a repeat of what happened.

And with thos 20 million bucks they haven't hired anyone with coding talent yet. GG lose all hope.
