P.S.
Imagine yourself a Big Bad T-Rex, you're just roaming around chomping on stuff and things. . .
When suddenly!!! Something starts poking you with sharp things that make you dizzy and groggy from a distance, being the Big Bad T-Rex that you are, you RAWR and try to eat it.
But it's high up in the air riding it's huge flying lizard thingy. . .
I bet you wouldn't spend all that time just staring at it while it pokes you with all these sharp thingies that makes you sleepy. . .
You'd GTFO of there and run like forest, RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!
it might as well be rolled back when the vast majority of tames pretty much just eliminate the entire running mechanic regardless. Oh the dinos flee now, lets trap it so it cant is the same thing.
yea sounds great except the part where I get super angry and the first 2 darts I feel barely do anything to my massive trex form. This mechanic needs work if it even is a mechanic, maybe on 90% torpor I understand big rexie running, but I've shot a giga twice with tranqs and it flees! now that's handy for herding it off, but I feel bad for anyone trying to tame it. Currently this mechanic makes taming ridiculous, if I need to gate in every animal that I cant pick up when I want to tame it, that's a huge downer in terms of gameplay. The mechanic only makes taming take longer basically, as you need to make gates.
