Minecraft can do it with /oi and /ignoreclaims
Ark and any other multiplayer game admins should also have the ability.
force youself into their tribe, maybe even make your self a founder and then you have all the access you want.

If you are switching between tribes on the server you have to point at player pawn or something of that tribe. The force as admin you do not.
