Difficulty Offset chart for 'The Center'

Hello, all. I have been looking for a difficulty offset chart for the Center similar to one on the wiki for the Island (http://ark.gamepedia.com/Difficulty). I did not find a chart, but it is possible one was staring me right in the face and I missed it. In the meantime...

If the minimum Difficulty Offset is still 0.01 and the minimum Difficulty Level is still 0.5, is the following chart correct? I just took the formula on that wiki page and adjusted by changing the 3.5 to 4.5 to account for The Center being one higher max level.
