Scroll to near the bottom and download the 'Admin Pack' file. It will have a PDF for the 'Admin Commands' or 'cheats' as well as 'Commandline Arguements' for when launching a server, GameUserSettings.ini, and Game.ini. It also seems to be up-to-date as of 6/27/2016.

Thanks to Amatsu_Mikaboshi for linking me to it and Final for suggesting I take a closer, double look at it.

Hello.
I was wondering, is there a ‘Master List’ of every script used, and what the values mean (ie what true/false would mean, etc.), for the Game.ini file here in the Discussions (haven't been able to find it), or somewhere on the internet?

If not, would anyone be interested in there being such a list? If yes, I can convert this post into that list.
Note: I'm thinking more for the Game.ini for single-player, not so much server-side.

In regards just to the section for the Game.ini; It's kind of what I'm looking for, but it doesn't have every script. (I remember when the fever came out they added a script so players could enable/disable it, there's also a script for scaling specific wild dino species stats to make them stronger/weaker, etc. that aren't on the list you linked.) I'm looking for something that has every script available for the game in one place.

Check under the 'Command Line Arguments' section. The options for disease are listed there.

As for the specific wild dino stats, I'm not certain. I have not used that. I will check, though, when I have a few minutes.

Those sound more like in game 'cheats', which isn't what I'm looking for. I'm looking for the scripts that you put into the Game.ini file, save, and then launch the game.

Heads up, you should check it out, it is literally what your question asked for, I wanted to know the same thing you did and it answered my question.

Download the admin pack
unzip and open the Ark_comandline_arguements.pdf
page 2 GameUserSettings.ini settings.
page 5 Game.ini settings.

PS: This works for both Server, Singleplayer, and Non-dedicated host.
