Where is the best place to farm oil on the center?

I only found a single ice island on the other side of the map from me where the oil rocks spawn. Where do you guys find your oil supplies on the center map?

Check the rivers, in between the 3 Jungle islands.

AFIK, all other nodes, apart from those ice ones, are under water.

I just get a bunch of dung beetles and a phiomia and that gets me all the oil i could possibly need theres a lot of caves on center map where you can just fly in and grab a dung beetle safely

In the centre of the earth. There is a big lake. Lots of modes there, but also lots of mantas. The other is the snow areas

im getting mine from the iceberg between the snowy mountains and from the top of both mountains, to me that seems the safest and quickest way to get it.

tamed 3 dung beetles all level 120-140 and put all the points in weight they now have 20 weight capacity each when i empty all 3 of them i get over 100 oil just have a crop plot with stim berries and a phiomia only takes few seconds to fill the beetles

When checking the rivers watch for underwater caves, they sometimes have even more oil.
