Anyone else unable to join their private nitrado server?

Was playing Ark as usual on our private server. Server update message appeared and I got booted shortly after. I've subsequently been unable to reconnect. The nitrado dashboard says the server is running, but doesn't show any usage stats. The steam server list shows our server as "not responding". The server doesn't appear at all within Ark.

I'm guessing this could be related to a recent Ark update. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Yeah i also noticed the dashboard wasn't showing stats. Obviously I can't connect...

Ark updated when I started steam (as usual). Then I got the in-game message about the server update. I've had it before, but I don't remember having issues like this.

Oh its been over a movie and I haven't been able to get the server up. It says started but no name and no version. I put in a support ticket. Looks like official servers had to roll back their versions due to issues with 242.9. I'm guessing its crashing nitrado too.

yes here as well, can't get on, hear music for a couple of seconds then kicks me out

Wish this woulda happened earlier and not at 1-2:30am HST. I can't even clean my house without waking up other people in the apartment complex. I even tried the watched pot doesn't boil method and closed it all out, Watched TV then came back and checked. Left myself in a bad spot in game since I was stalking a 150 rex.

Yeah I figured it was close to the server update so I was just following it around waiting. What I don't get -official servers were going down like crazy 8 hours ago where they had to remove the patch. Not sure why we still got it.

i couldn't work out how to view which build my nitrado server was running. I think it shows up in ark/steam server list, but I obviously couldn't see that

If you go to the web interface (Dashboard) it will show you the server status which houses-server name, ip address players and I believe the version. Or its in the left corner. I know I've seen it somewhere on there but well can't see it now since its still down.

If anyone is still having issues getting onto their nitrado server.

You have to wait for the ark servers to stop populating once you start the search for your server so you need the box to the right of join server to say 'Refresh' not 'Searching' this can take upto 5 mins maybe more sometimes but once its finished you can join your server easy.

Add 1 to the last number of your ip so for example this 83.151.135.153:27012 becomes 83.151.135.153:27013
