How do you get antidote to cure swamp fever?

10 rare flowers, 10 mushrooms, 1 narcotic and 5 leech blood

Antidote is available as an engram at level 20 and requires the mortar and pestle or chemistry bench to make. You will also need the narcotic engram as well.

The recipe for antidote calls for 10x rare mushrooms, 10x rare flowers, 5x leech blood, and 1x narcotic (1x spoiled meat, 5x narcoberries).

Rare mushrooms can be harvested using a pick from swamp trees. Or found in beaver dams.
Rare flowers can be harvested from swamp bushes. Also found in beaver dams.
Leech blood can be harvested off of leeches in the swamp -- seek them in areas where the water is clear and areas in the swamp where you can swim. Diseased leeches give more leech blood. The leech blood does spoil, so extras you will want to preserve.
Narcotic is easy.

Sadly the antidote cannot be preserved and does spoil rather quickly.

If you are not yet level 20/do not have the engram, ask around on your server and see if there is anyone willing to trade.
