ugh this makes no sense, how is it a war bird if it can't even C-dive.. Its very cool but I do not see it being superior to a C-diving ptera even with one rider shooting

Unlikely, most herbivorous flying animals are pretty small - plant matter doesn't tend to yield as much energy as meat

An Argent already lets you solo tame Quetz

Well, it is a little complicated to solo tame the Quetzalcoatlus, since the Pulmonoscorpius got hit hard with the big tamed nerf, making the old standard approach with the Argentavis carrying the Pulmonoscorpius ineffective, though the Grappling Hook has provided a viable if complicated option. The Tapejara looks like it will make it less complicated again.
