This will make Diseases not permanent (you will then lose them if you respawn).
?PreventDiseases=true
This will completely disable Diseases on the server. (thus far just 'Swamp Fever').
* Fixed appearance of "blue fog" on the Cave-water material.
You guys need to read the Patch Notes
Without me knowing where you play on (Singleplayer,home server or rented server) i am just guessing
With the " ? " in the server startup commandline
With out the " ? " in the Windowserver/game.ini /Singleplayer WindowsNoEditor/game.ini
Obviosly my starting quote says that we have tamed and infected dodos after reading patch notes... We have an UnOfficial server
