Helicopters, jeeps and boats

How, which ones, and when? Any recent info out there?
In my opinion would be a great feature, they would be a complementary way to move.
I don't fear vehicles as "creature destroyers": think about anything bigger than a raptor damaging your jeep when traveling, or a rex smashing it ahahah

I honestly would rather have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ travois or wheelbarrow in the game than a vehicle.

Like for some reason I can craft a long rifle but not a way to drag some extra weight behind an animal?

diversity... lol, They are not adding it, a dev already said this in another post. before you go off on me take a look for posts that already want this kind of thing

Also the raft is a vehicle, but not motorized. Do you like rafts in game, and if yes why (which is the key feature)? Just want to discuss, don't hate me! :P
Wheelbarrow would be awesome, lots of people (myself too) would like wagons for trikes and creatures.
So vehicles will never be implemented, or is simply not planned?

Probably not planned, dont see how they would work on the terrain, wheelbarrow is a nice addition also.

This is a taming dinosaur game about surviving not about jurassic park wants. Besides if they did make vehicles in the game they would have to do major surface working on the landscape so that they could traverse it (which would irritate the dev team and also create more patches/updates/lag/crashes and whatnot in the future) Why make the lives of players and dev team harder with all the problems it could cause just for the sake of "riding with raptors" Theres a game called Jurassic Park Operation Genesis that allows someone to drive a safari car with dinos. Enjoy.

I've never seen a hard confirmation one way or another about anything other than that we're getting a speedboat at somepoint, courtesy of ARK Digest #17.

Last I heard, the buggy was put on the backburner so modders could play with it, but that this didn't negate its potential inclusion. There was also small talk of a rudimentary flying vehicle.

See, I remember vague talk of it, and I know a dev was involved in the thread, but I couldn't find it. I didn't want to just spout off that I know the intent of the devs without proof-see the speedboat item, it's one of the first 10 questions in Digest 17 if I'm not mistaken. Twice today I've seen someone say that devs said "no vehicles" and that sort of goes against what I remember, I just wanted to see some evidence one way or another :D

So devs talked about them (I remember too), but nothing confirmed.
The most agree that a potential problem would be the land accessible by vehicles, limited to coasts and tracks in the jungle.
