how do i cancel?
Also you need to be making your posting over at Nitrado and make a support request there. No one here works for Nitrado and no one here can help you with their problems.

well clearly an issue with nitrado as usual. if you are lucky they actually may fix it. most times we hear the word "nitrado" here on the forum the support of them gave the poor people that asked for help the link to this forum here and said they can't help.. it's like they don't even read the tickets they just redirect you here...that's the worst support i've ever seen.

I have a Nitrado server and been happy with it. I've never had another one so its hard for me to compare. It updates fast on patches.

so they automatically update and restart the servers? so basically with patch 242.0 they killed every quetzal on the server if somebody logged in instead of waiting for the admin to let it update?

The server patches soon after it is released. Yes, our Quetzal died. We used the admin tools, spawned a new one and automatically tamed it.

so basically nitrado destroys a big advantage the unofficial servers have over the official ones... gg

well lets hope some future patches won't have worse things in them. i mean losing only a few specific dinos is okay but it can get way worse. this "instant update and autostart the server" system is crap for early access games. it's a good idea for finished games

I don't get why you seem so angry about this. My server is on Nitrado. Haven't had any problems.

because of all these people that get redirected to this forum after they write a ticket. They can't even do their job properly

yeah, i apologize guys. i had a thread on nitrado forums too, this was just me seeing if anybody else had this issue. either way, i sent them a ticket and they fixed it while i was asleep. in my experience, their software isn't the best, but their support team has been really helpful.

Used to be with them but I found the support team was unreliable they seemed to only help if they felt like doing so rest of time was figure it out yourself decided to go with GTXGaming instead and a lot happier got better control of my server it runs better and the support team is a lot more reliable so far
