1. Destroywilddinos command. Maps/servers over time can have an inbalance in spawn distributions. Also if a mod that adds dinos is added but a dino wipe isnt done, then modded ones wont spawn until existing dinos despawn and it will be over time.
2. Your map has a limit to the wild dino count: a cap basically. You can increase the cap in your game settings BUT keep in mind that you are also then risking map/server instability.
3. If you are using more than one mod that adds dinos and they're from different authors, they may be competing with not just point 2's issue but also spawn points and/OR there are other adverse affects and conflicts between them in this regard.
4. Related partially to point 3, you could have any other mods causing adverse effects, especially if you're using other mods that are broken or out dated.
5. Primal Fear's last update was in April. If you are using the mod on the Fjordur map, it may have spawn conflicts(doubt it but it is a possibility). Mods that do not have an update after a major base game/dlc update can have troubles at times.
6. Similar to point 5, some maps have better spawn distributions than others. When using mods especially overahauls that can replace existing spawns with their mod versions, some maps may have smaller or even no spawns in general of specific modded types.
All in all which ingredients in the above recipe apply to you I don't know. For now, easiest is to dino wipe as mentioned and then if its still not satisfying you try upping the map's wild dino count and then see from there.
There are maps that the dinos you are looking for do not spawn on them and Primal Fear dinos uses the Vanilla spawns, so if that dino doesn't exist on that map, that PF dino will not spawn either.
Also, do you use any other dino mods ? If you do, PF does not work well with other Dino mods and it can prevent for some dinos to not spawn.
And what retsam1 said.
Sorta covered that :P
Yes, yes you did.
I noticed it after posting, instead of deleting I added my last comment.
