Problem powering electrical items on platform saddles

I'm currently building a mobile assault base to use against the wyverns to get their eggs and claws. I'm using S+ and can't seem to power certain electrical items that I place on the platform saddles. I'm using a Tek Generator and have no problem powering the Shield Generator or the Tek Turrets but other items won't work. I wanted to put the Multi Lamps underneath to light up everything around me so I could see better at night but they aren't receiving any power. It is the same with every other piece of non Tek electrical stuff I try to place on it. I've tried placing a regular generator on but it doesn't provide power either. I've enabled all the options that allow me to build on platform saddles as well. Not quite sure what I'm doing wrong or if there is something else I need to do to be able to power items on a platform saddle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Straight from the Ark WIKI, which BTW anyone can look at.
--Although other Tek structures such as Tek Turrets can be placed on rafts or other mobile bases, the Tek Generator can not, as doing so renders it useless.

As I stated above, which BTW anyone can also look at, I'm using S+. Using S+ allows the Tek Generator to be placed on a platform saddle. The S+ Tek Generator isn't rendered useless at this point as it powers things that are on the same platform.

advanced options tab when you load the game, it has an option about whether or not spikes and turrets will function on platform saddles

I have it turned on already. The turrets work fine on the saddle it's just every other piece of electrical stuff I try to use.

Are you being sure to use only S+ things on the platform? Can you give specifics on what items attached to the platform aren't being powered by the S+ Tek generator? I can try duplicating it in my game tonight or tomorrow when I play next.

I'm using the S+ Tek Generator and it is powering the S+ Tek Turrets and the S+ Shield Generator. I've attempted placing the S+ Multi Lamps, the S+ Air Conditioner, and the S+ Refrigerator so far and none are getting power. I've attempted to place the lamps in multiple areas on the platform as well with no luck.

I just got on and tried to use an S+ Electrical Generator and it does give power to the items. I'm guessing there is a problem with the S+ Tek Generator.

nope still no problem with the generator, you can download a mod called platform sads+ that will revert the platform sads back too what they were before they got patched. you can also adjust building limits etc etc with that mod for the plat form sads.

sounds like you narrowed it down. It's too bad that the S+ creator isn't supporting S+ anymore. :(

I'm having the same problem with structures placed on a platform not getting power. I've noticed that exiting and re-loading the game fixes it, so this appears to be an ARK bug, not something wrong with the mods. I'm using mostly S+ structures and also recently started using the micro wireless generator to power everything.
