how to fast farm chitin?

I have 2 sabertooths cats and the amount of chitin they get from bugs is so small. Is there any other way to obtain chiting faster? Or keratin

Grab a Carno and go much Stegos, Turtles and Trikes.

You'll have Keratin coming out your ears.

Go after scorps, spiders etc in caves. The cave near the Volcano is perfect and easy for this.

get a frog[super easy tame] and go to the swamp and eat dragonflies.or get a ptradon and c spin dragon flies, thats how i do it anyway :]

Frog or wolf. Dragonflies if you go for Frog, Scorpions and bigger things if you go Direwolf.

^^ This either an Argy or if you have access use a wyvern. One 15 min run on my poison one I got about 3-4k of the stuff

I do Chitin Farming always with Rex or Megalodon, hunting Trilobites with them

Swamp cave during evolution event is the best option to farm chitin, we can almost complete a storage with it...but you cant go inside with saber or wolf. The problem is: you can find a lot of meganeuras 200+ inside. So if you are not prepared, dont go there.

I breed wolves to use in the poison redwoods cave. I pull about 5k chitin per cave clear, 10k on 2x weekends.

This is where i got a ton of chitin, and more importantly, even more cementing paste. The swamp island on the center has the frogs and tons of bugs, but also titanoboas, leeches, dire wolves, dilos, etc. Just bring a small hit squad, tame a couple frogs, and use them liberally.

Pteranodon + Insects outside cave = chitin along with other goodies. Remember to use the roll attack and don't run out of stamina.
